All of our available properties are listed here under "Find a Rental." -

Yes. Our application fee is $50.00. -
Do I have to see the property to be approved?
We require all applicants to either view the property in person, or else have a relative or other trusted representative view it in person on their behalf. I really want to make sure that I get this place. What do I need to do?
The first and most important step is to schedule a tour and view the property. If after the viewing you decide that the property is the right one for you, submit a rental application ASAP via our online application at https://missioncenterproperties.com/vacancies. Ensuring that you submit a complete and accurate application gives you the best chance of being approved for the property. -

What is the move out procedure to ensure I get my security deposit back?
Per California law, you are entitled to request an initial inspection no more than 2 weeks prior to your move out date. This will provide you with notice of any possible issues, and allow for the opportunity to correct them before you move out. After you move out, the vacated property will be thoroughly inspected, to include taking photos to document the condition. If you are found liable for any cleaning or repairs, these will be deducted from your security deposit, and the remainder will be returned to you. -
When can I expect to receive my security deposit refund?
California law requires that a detailed reporting of security deposit expenses and remaining funds be mailed to former Tenants not later than 21 days after they move out. AAG Property Management makes every effort to expedite this process, but may take longer, up to the maximum allowed time, for delays in invoicing or scheduling required work.
